You’ll study the history and philosophy of yoga, refine your asana practice, and gain experience in AcroYoga, Ayurveda, healing sounds, meditation, and more. This training also includes chair, kids, and prenatal yoga, empowering you to guide a wide range of students toward healthier, more balanced lives. Our blended format includes in-person sessions, virtual content, and Zoom classes, offering both flexibility and meaningful connection.
